Step 1
Prepare Your Trade Screenshots
Please prepare your trade screenshots:
- Ensure each screenshot includes the trade’s time frame for context and the outcome of the trade (result). Three screenshots per trade are mandatory to include. (e.g Daily, H4, H1 (entry)
- Save screenshots in .jpg format (recommended use Trading View’s screenshot functionality for best results).
- Document each trade in an organized folder to help our team sort them efficiently.
Step 2
Provide Your Personalisation Details
While the structure of The Trades Booklet is fixed and cannot be altered, we’re happy to help you personalise the text to make it uniquely yours.
This includes adding your logo (if you have one), company name, trader’s name, qr code leading to online journal (e.g notion, tradezella etc.) or custom text on the cover.
Simply reach out to us with your ideas, and we’ll work with you to create a booklet that fits your needs!

Trade reflection template: Entry time-frme: "M30" instead of "M15"
Booklet color: currently only available in "Sandstone Pearl/Midnight Voyage". We're actively working on expanding our color palette, so stay tuned for more options in the future!

Step 3
Send Your Files
Once everything is ready, place all your images and personalization details in a .zip file and email it to us at support@tradingreviewjournal.com.
Step 4
Review & Approve the Design Proof
After receiving your files, our design team will begin working on your custom made booklet. Once the booklet is ready, we ’ll forward the design to our production team for printing.
Step 5
Relax and Await Delivery
Sit back and let us handle the rest! Typically, it takes 2 weeks for your personalised journal from production to arrival at your address. You’ll receive a dispatch notification via email once it’s on its way. If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folders. If you have trouble tracking your order, please contact our Support team—we respond within two business days.
