Use our template or a similar file with an organised list of the trades you want included in your booklet. Ensure the following steps are completed:
- Select Trades and Download Images
- Save screenshots of each trade in .jpg format. For best results, we recommend using TradingView's screenshot functionality.
- Include the Following Information for Each Trade:
- Up to three timeframes per trade.
- Time and date of entry for each trade (optional).
- Outcome of the trade. (important for statistics and chart template)
- Links for QR Codes (optional): If applicable, provide links to your trade details in digital trading journal (e.g., Notion, TradeZella) so we are able generate QR codes.
2. Provide Cover Page Personalisation Details
Let us know how you’d like your booklet cover customised:
- Your name.
- Company name (optional).
- Logo (optional).
- Name of the trade batch (e.g., "Top Setups").

Once your booklet has been sent to the printing partner, we promptly delete all personal data related to the booklet’s creation from our systems. This way, your information is only retained for as long as needed to complete your order, ensuring a secure and responsible handling of your data.
